REVISIONS

- One round of reasonable revisions - covering minor script or performance adjustments - is included in the agreed rate. Any additional edits or new script versions requested after delivery may be subject to an extra fee, always communicated in advance.

PERFORMANCE-RELATED REVISIONS

- For recordings made in my studio without live artistic direction, one performance-related revision is included free of charge. Any additional requests after delivery may be subject to an extra fee, always communicated in advance.

- If revisions are required due to pronunciations not specified in advance (e.g., “sda” instead of “sse di a”), they may be subject to an extra fee, always communicated in advance.

Important:

When requesting a revision, please highlight the lines to be re-recorded in the original script or provide the full revised sentence together with the surrounding lines. This ensures correct reintegration into the script. Even a single word change may require re-recording the full line for consistency.

For performance-related revisions, please include any specific artistic instructions.

Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, revisions are charged at the original project rate.

ARTIFICIAL/SYNTHETIC VOICE POLICY

The client expressly agrees:

-  Not to use recording or any portion of it for purposes other than those specified in the initial agreement.

-  Not to use any recording to simulate, clone or create a synthetic/artificial version of the speaker’s voice.

-  Not to sell or transfer ownership of the recordings to third parties without the speaker’s written consent.

-  To safeguard all recordings in digital format, ensuring that unauthorized third parties cannot access them, including when stored in the cloud, files must be protected through encryption or other up-to-date security measures.

Note on the AI Act (2026): Since 2 August 2026, the European Union’s AI Act has been in force. This regulation introduces mandatory transparency requirements for AI‑generated content and requires explicit, documented consent for the use of real human voices in training, cloning, or generative AI activities. In line with this regulation, my voice cannot be used in any AI system without written authorization. Any unauthorized use is considered a violation of my vocal identity and professional rights.
